Rental requirements
- Minimum driver age: 21 years
- Valid driving licence
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Required identification: national ID card or passport

Bookings & payments
Reservations are confirmed only after approval by ERE Rent Car.
Cancellation policy
100% refund
More than 48 hours before pick-up.
50% refund
Between 12 and 48 hours before pick-up.
No refund
Less than 12 hours before pick-up.
Special situations are evaluated individually by ERE Rent Car.
Payment methods
At vehicle collection:

Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Drive responsibly.
- Respect Albanian traffic laws.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Never allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.
Insurance
- All vehicles include mandatory Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance.
- Additional protection packages may be requested.
- Coverage details are explained before signing the rental agreement.
Fuel & mileage
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
- Unlimited mileage applies unless otherwise specified in a special offer.
Dispute resolution
ERE Rent Car aims to resolve every dispute amicably.
If no agreement is reached, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
Privacy
- Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
- Customer documents are securely stored.
- Only authorized staff members have access to customer documents.
- The platform complies with GDPR principles for personal data protection.
