The booking process
Seven clear steps from choosing a car to earning loyalty points.

Choose your vehicle
Choose your preferred vehicle from our fleet. Every vehicle clearly displays the daily rental price.

Select dates and location
Select pick-up date, return date and pick-up location. The booking summary automatically calculates the total price.

Submit your request
Submit your reservation request. The reservation status becomes Pending Review.

Staff verification
Our staff verifies vehicle availability, customer documents and reservation details.

Approval and agreement
If approved, the reservation status changes to Confirmed. The Rental Agreement is automatically generated using your data and can be downloaded from the Customer Dashboard.

Collect your vehicle
Collect your vehicle at Tirana Airport, Port of Durrës or another agreed location.

Return and earn points
After returning the vehicle the reservation status becomes Completed and loyalty points are automatically added to your account.

Every completed reservation earns points on the amount you spend.
Redeem points
15 points = €1 discount
Use your points on any future reservation.
Program rules
- Points are added only after the reservation status becomes Completed.
- Points are available only for registered customers.
- Points expire after 12 months.
- Points can be combined with promotional codes and automatic long rental discounts.
- Cancelled reservations do not earn points.
No hidden fees
We never charge:
- Service fees
- Airport delivery fees
- Port delivery fees
- Cleaning fees for normal use
- Credit card fees
The displayed booking price is always the final rental price.
Cancellation policy
100% refund
More than 48 hours before pick-up.
50% refund
12–48 hours before pick-up.
No refund
Less than 12 hours before pick-up.
Date changes are free, subject to vehicle availability.
Required documents
To rent a vehicle you need:
- Valid driving licence
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- ID card or passport
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Drive responsibly.
Rental agreement
The Rental Agreement is not generated immediately after the reservation request.

The agreement follows the official ERE Rent Car template.

Why we ask for your documents
We request your documents to verify your identity, your driving entitlement and to complete the rental agreement required by Albanian law.
Documents are verified only by authorized staff.
Personal data is securely stored according to GDPR regulations.
